Happy Digital Learning Day!
In honor of Digital Learning Day, our department (Instructional Technology and Library Services in Adams 12 Five Star Schools) launched new online technology courses for teachers in our district and created a poster explaining digital literacy to display in our schools. Click here to access the PDF version of this poster. Feel free to print it for use in your district/school, but please do not change the poster in any way and leave our Adams 12 logo on it. How are you celebrating Digital Learning Day?
This is a great poster. Do you give permission for others to display it in their institutions?
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, just leave the Adams12 logo on it please. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat poster! My students and I are writing a book about using online tools to collaborate, share and create. If I use it I will include the Adams12 logo, is that okay?
ReplyDeleteSure, go for it!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to use this poster in the media centers of my district. Would you mind? I'll keep the Adams12 Logo intact.
ReplyDelete@Sawicki54 - Yes, go right ahead. That goes for anyone else as well who would like to display the poster, just keep the logo on there. :) I know the image is low resolution for a poster, so if you'd like a good quality poster version, send me your email, and our print department can help you place an order. The prices are reasonable (start at $2.50 I believe) for laminated posters...
ReplyDeleteThank you for this lovely poster! I would like to use it for a MoodleMeet on Digital Literacy for Middle-Schoolers, and will attribute according to your wishes.
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant idea! I think this will amazing to really utilise the benefits of the digital age.
ReplyDeleteThank u for this awesome poster. I am using it @ as part of digital learning day celebrations @ school.
ReplyDeleteWhat resources would you be willing to share for adult students as far as information literacy goes? I am hard pressed to find anything and would love to know what you use!
ReplyDeleteI have not found a lot of resources for adults, though that's less my focus. Have you looked at the Google Training Center? They have a module on Search strategies: https://edutrainingcenter.withgoogle.com/resources/tools/details?key=ahpzfmd3ZWItZWR1LXRyYWluaW5nLWNlbnRlcnIUCxIHRWR1VG9vbBiAgICAvMuKCQw
